Homemade Decision-Making

I always know I’m on the brink of making a big decision when I yearn for my favorite recipe, the ingredients unfailingly readily handy, stored away in the back of my pantry, waiting to be utilized.

Recipe for Megan’s Homemade Decision-Making

2 cups chopped stomach-lurching

1 heaping cup acute heartbeat quickening

3 tablespoons of sweating palms

1 teaspoon of self-assurance

Combine all ingredients in a glass mixing bowl of emotion.  Blend until a smooth consistency- one to two weeks. Pour into loaf pan and refrigerate for six days. Serve with a glass of gut gusto.

  1. Big decisions are so hard. I love how you created the parallel to a recipe. Good luck with your decision and hopefully it doesn’t sit on the shelf too long!

  2. You forgot the “Dash of McSpice” ha ha ha ha – this totally sounds like a dish you save for really special occasions like the start of school after Covid, preparing for presentations – you know those kinds of things. Also, now that I come to think of it, I may have had this dish once or twice?? My favorite parts of course are the blending and resting stages. I laughed heartily…I guess at your expense now that I think about it.😜 Anyway, this was awesome!
